DAILY NUTRITION

Pretty’s Fibre Fill blend combines the nutritional goodness and benefits of 4 fibre types to give your body what it needs to look and feel pretty good from the inside out.

The pretty fibre full formula includes the especially viscous fibre Glucomannan*** with its ability to expand up to 50x its weight in water with the ability to support weight.

Recommended for best weight results Glucomannan to be taken 3g daily (1g x 3 before meals) and in the context of a energy controlled diet.

Plus popular Psyllium Husk, prebiotic Inulin fibre and Sugar Beet fibre.

Plus Peppermint Leaf, Ginger Root and Fennel Seed.

With added Biotic Cultures and Vegan Amino Acid (intestinal protein building block) L-Glutamine (typically found in meat sources).

Pretty Pea Appetite fibre full powder formula comes in 180g pot and contains 36 servings.

How to use

Add 1 serving (a heaped teaspoon) to a small amount of water or juice (1/4 glass). 

Mix slowly in all directions until its turns into a smooth paste. Continue to stir as more liquid is added until the glass is full or your desired consistency is achieved.

Consume immediately and follow with another large glass of water to ensure the the fibres reach the stomach quickly where it will naturally get to work.

For best weight results it’s recommended to take Glucomannan 3g daily (1g each x 3 daily before each meal) and in the context of a energy controlled diet.

To be taken approximately 15-60 minutes before each meal (3x daily) for best actions. Individual times may vary person to person.

It’s important to note that, as with all fibre, when increasing any dietary fibre intake, for those with a sensitive digestion or perhaps not used to much fibre on a regular basis then it can be advisable to start on a reduced dose, (approx half dose) for around 7 days and then increasing every 3-4 days as the body acclimatises to the increased fibre content.

GLUCOMANNAN SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS

Glucomannan is considered safe and well tolerated.

Warning: Appetite must be taken with 1-2 glasses of water to ensure it reaches the stomach before getting to work.

This is especially important for people with swallowing difficulties when ingesting as it may cause choking or blockage of the throat.

For those who do not consume a lot of fibre on a regular basis or have a sensitive digestion it’s advisable to start on a half dose and build up gradually to enable the body to acclimatize to the increased fibre intake.

These people may occasionally experience mild side effects, such as flatulence, bloating, soft stools or diarrhoea, but these effects are transient and uncommon. 

As with all supplements, if you feel unwell whilst taking this supplement discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

We do not advise taking Appetite at the same time as other products containing Glucomannan. (Meno Weight).
