SIMPLE CLEANSING BODY BOOSTING RECIPE

A deliciously quick & easy recipe to boost your body!

  • 1-2 cups mixed Baby Spinach and other mixed baby greens (whatever is to hand)
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 Tbs Hemp Seeds (optional, but loaded with complete protein and healthy essential fat)
  • 1 cup (or more) of your favourite non-dairy Milk
  • 1 scoop Pretty Pea Protein

Add to your blender and blend until creamy.
