Inositol

Inositol is often referred to as vitamin B8, but it is not actually a vitamin. It’s a type of carbohydrate found naturally in the body and certain foods.

It has many roles that includes influencing the insulin response and several hormones associated with mood and cognition.

Inositol’s main job is to break down fats, help with cholesterol, and assist the liver in it’s role in preventing fatty acids build up.
